Welcome to motherwell pods.

For generations, women have gathered in circles - to share stories, to listen, to sing, to carry one another through joy and through grief. Somewhere along the way, many of us lost those spaces. Motherwell Pods are a way of remembering this tradition - a return to the nourishment of women coming together, rooted in reciprocity and integrity.

I created Motherwell Pods because I know the power of true care: the kind that celebrates us in our strength and holds us in our hurt. These circles are not performance, but about creating a space where each woman can share her gifts, be seen, and be nourished. A space to step into power with clarity - and to live more fully as your whole self.

What makes this different.
Many wellness spaces aim for harmony and warmth, but often times it can fall short as just a brand, when the real work is avoided if it's called for. To be truly kind-hearted is not to avoid or gloss over, but to meet care with care. It means learning and practicing how to take care of ourselves while being caring to others.

This is not about tribe or hierarchy, but about circle - where belonging isn’t conditional, and every woman’s presence adds to the whole. This is not just a brand or a business model. It’s a practice. A way of being together that builds trust and fosters true belonging.

What is a Motherwell Pod?

A Motherwell Pod is an intimate women’s circle – a space to be supported, nourished, and seen over time. A space to offer your care & presence. Each Pod is intentionally limited to 8 women.

What are Motherwell Pods based on?

Motherwell Pods are built on the practice of Fertile Listening, a concept by my friend KC Baker: showing up fully present, asking questions that open rather than close, and holding space so each woman can blossom, discovering the truths already alive within her.

Who is it for?

The full & kind hearted woman who:

-Desires depth, authenticity, and care

-Seeks a safe space to share and be heard

-Values genuine connection over performance

-Longs for collaborative community where each woman shares her gifts

-Is ready to show up open, real, and responsible

-Brings emotional maturity, self-awareness, and care for the space

What to expect:

-Safe listening & sharing

-A space to soften, root, and rise

-Singing

-Wellness practices that nourish and root us in tradition, shared through herbs, food, and plants.

-Guided facilitation & exercises

-Soul and heart-led prompts for reflection

Why a Pod?

In nature, whales travel in pods: Mother-led family groups that stay close, communicate through song, and protect each other. Motherwell Pods are the same - rooted in connection, reciprocity, psychological safety, and deep listening. They’re a return to how women have always gathered.

When & Where

We’ll gather twice a month, once in person in North Boulder and once virtually.
The exact day and time will be shaped around the availability of the women who join, so the circle works for everyone.

Contribution

Motherwell Pods are a paid offering with a sliding scale, to make the circle accessible. Final details on contribution will be shared during the application process. If you feel called, apply now, and I’ll be in touch with all the details before you commit.

Meet Your guide, Whitney

Hi, I’m Whitney, founder of Motherwell, women’s wisdom & wellness guide, and space-holder for women on the path of becoming their fullest selves.

I bring over a decade of experience in emotional healing, integrative wellness, and trauma-informed coaching, and creative expression as a singer and artist. My work weaves nervous system support, creative expression, intuitive insight, and practical tools for wholeness.

I created this space because I know the power of true care: the kind that celebrates us in our strength and holds us in our hurt. I may be gathering us, but there is no hierarchy here. Rather than leaders and participants, my intention is to co-create a space where each woman can offer her gifts and rest in collaborative community.

Whitney has this rare quality I call spacious attentiveness. It’s like you feel this complete and exquisite attention she’s paying you whether you’re speaking or not.

You feel so deeply seen and heard. She creates so much space that you are - maybe for the first time ever - able to see and hear yourself deeply too. It’s like she’s modeling for you how to navigate your inner terrain. In her presence, the way she holds herself, allows you to find your own way - your courage and heart - to lead you to your own truth.
