BIRTH YOUR CREATIVE WORK IN THE WORLD

A 1:1 transformational journey

Welcome, creative woman!

As a life-long artist and creative, I know the journey to really owning our art can be hard. I remember when I used to be embarassed being introduced as an artist, mumbling under my breath that I wasn’t. Not feeling fully confident in my gifts, that are many!

Until life went by, enough experimentation of what lit me up and brought me joy, enough bad jobs, that I fully claimed who I am.

An artist, a creative, a highly sensitive, an intuitive, a psychic, a singer, a songwriter, a performer, a writer, a dancer. Engaged with fully with the beauty, joy and depth of life and creative expression. Of personal expression.

What I also know about this journey is that it’s not perfect. It’s meandering. It’s messy. It’s curious. And many times, it’s doubtful.

And as a wonderful mentor of mine Sheryl Paul says, “Doubt doesn’t mean don’t.”

Yet it’s the doubt that stops so many of us from moving towards what brings us most alive. And I deeply believe we are here to bring out the aliveness that lives within us, for ourselves, and for the world in which we relate to.

But what happens with this doubt. We have an idea, we have a spark, we feel alive about something, and then what?

We flatten it. We dampen it. We talk ourselves out of it. We convince ourselves it’s not practical. That it won’t make a difference. that no one will come. Name-the-countless-reasons here: ____________.

Our brain finds all these reasons why it shouldn’t be us to follow our own scintallating muse down inthe creative depths of wonder and awe. To leave that to the “real” artists. And what are we really doing when we shut that down?

We’re coming out with all the reasons why it’s safer to play small. To not be seen. To not take a risk. To not risk failing.

Meanwhile, other brave souls are feeling their fears, and doing it anyway. Not perfectly. Not without fault. But because something is burning so deeply in them, that at some point, there is no choice but to move towards this desire.

It may be a clear idea, you may have tried to start it many times, you may have a sense but quite aren’t sure what it looks like.

Wherever you are in the creative process, I’m here to help you birth it.

And to ensure that those things that get in the way don’t stop you from living your truest self.

Because you and I both know we’re not okay with the alterantive. We’re not okay with a mediocre life, always wondering in the back of our minds or somewhere in our soul, what would it be like if we took the chance. Made the thing. Wrote the book. Delivered the speech. Built the garden.

I don’t want you left wondering. I want you to feel that you used up your gifts and talents in this life, first and foremost, for yourself. To know yourself deeply, to delight in your own brilliance, to enjoy your own personal expression, and of course, for our world.

Because now more than ever, it’s our art that will keep us sane. Keep us satiated. Help us find belonging and a sense of place in ourselves and in our communities. That will uplift our spirits and those around us. That will keep us well.

Wild Bloom is a 3-month 1:1 container to help you finally birth your creative work in the world.

"To be creative is only to have health: to keep oneself fully alive in the Creation, to keep the Creation fully alive in oneself, to see the Creation anew."

Wendell Berry

Is this you?

You have something inside you that wants to be made. A project, an idea, a creative calling that keeps showing up no matter how many times you push it aside.

You're talented, capable, and deeply imaginative. You've always known creativity is part of who you are. And yet the thing you most want to create keeps getting pushed to the back burner.

Maybe you've started it a dozen times. Maybe it's still just a feeling, a pull, a quiet knowing. Maybe you dismiss it before it even has a chance. The doubt, the practicality, the fear of being seen - it all adds up to one thing: your creative work stays unborn.

And somewhere inside you know that's not okay.

What Wild Bloom is:

Wild Bloom is a deeply personalized 3-month 1:1 container designed to help you:

- Identify and clarify the creative work that wants to be born
- Clear what's been keeping you in starter limbo
- Build the conditions and rhythm for your creative work to flourish
- Move through doubt, imposter syndrome, and fear of being seen
- Develop the momentum to see your creative work all the way through
- Birth your creative work in the world

The Transformation

By the end of WILD BLOOM,

“I am a creative midwife - I see what's ready to be born in you and I help steward it all the way into the world.”

How I Work

How I Work

Intuitive & Personalized: Every woman's creative journey is different. I meet you exactly where you are - whether you have a clear idea or just a feeling - and we build from there. This isn't a formula. It's a deeply personalized process designed around you and your creative work.

Direct & Loving: I believe in compassionate truth-telling. I'll reflect back what I see in you - your gifts, your blocks, your brilliance - with honesty and care. I'll hold you accountable to the creative work you came here to do, and celebrate every step you take toward it.

Grounded & Creative: We work at the intersection of inner clarity and outer action. Understanding what's been in the way matters, but so does actually making the thing. We do both.

What our work supports

  1. Unwinding the chronic stress patterns you’ve adapted to
Especially those rooted in over-responsibility, self-abandonment, and staying “on” for too long—so vitality can return naturally.

  2. Rebuilding self-trust from lived experience
Not hype or affirmations, but the kind of confidence that comes from listening to yourself and seeing that it works.

  3. Establishing boundaries that preserve connection
Clear, humane limits that protect your energy and allow for honest relationship—without guilt or withdrawal.

  4. Restoring your natural rhythms, joy & pleasure
So rest, action, and creativity arise in the right sequence, rather than through force or urgency.

  5. Creating a life that actually feels sustainable
One that supports your nervous system, your values, and your capacity—day to day, not just in theory.

  6. Strengthening and trusting your authentic voice
So decisions come from clarity instead of overthinking, and expression feels steady rather than risky.

Whitney has this rare quality I call spacious attentiveness. It’s like you feel this complete and exquisite attention she’s paying you whether you’re speaking or not.

You feel so deeply seen and heard. She creates so much space that you are - maybe for the first time ever - able to see and hear yourself deeply too. It’s like she’s modeling for you how to navigate your inner terrain. In her presence, the way she holds herself, allows you to find your own way - your courage and heart - to lead you to your own truth.

Ready to Begin?

There’s no perfect moment to start the journey back to ourselves. In fact, if you’re here reading this, you already have. This journey needs support. Often, it begins with a quiet stirring, a sense that you’re ready for something different, something more true to you.

If you notice that stirring, trust it. You are already on the path.

Please email me at whitney@whitneykear.com or set up a complimentary 30 minute consult to see if this might be the right path for you.

"At the deepest level, the creative process and the healing process arise from a single source. When you are an artist, you are a healer; a wordless trust of the same mystery is the foundation of your work and its integrity."
Rachel Naomi Remen

Is This you?

You feel the call to live more fully from your heart.

You’ve grown tired of overextending yourself, and you’re ready for a new way, one that honors both your care for others and your care for yourself.

You want to trust your inner rhythms more deeply, and make choices that align with your truth instead of outside expectations. You’re tired of second guessing yourself. Of depleting yourself.

You’re learning that “no” can be sacred, and that your “yes” carries more power when it comes from wholeness.

You desire to belong to yourself without apology, to feel rooted, radiant, and free.

Why THIs work now?

Because many women carry hidden stress from saying yes when they long to say no, from prioritizing others until they forget themselves, from giving until they’re depleted. These patterns are not who you are, they are simply survival strategies you learned along the way to stay safe.

Unwinding Urgency invites you into something different: a way of living that is inspired, creative, sustainable, and true to your nature. Without all the stress you learned to hold.

A life that restores your vitality, your voice, and your joy, not just for you, but for everyone you touch.

Imagine This

You don't feel guilty for resting. You know which relationships are genuinely reciprocal and which ones you're forcing. You can say no without apologizing. You trust your body's signals instead of overriding them. You give from overflow, not depletion.

Where you're not always "on." Not always anticipating. Not always carrying more than is yours to hold.

Where you feel steady, grounded, and like you actually have energy left at the end of the day.
